Is there a conversion from drum breaks to disc breaks available for a 2007 MK2 CRV ?

Hi, does anyone have a fixed flange tow bar fitted AND rear parking sensors and does the tow bar interfere? Thanks

Just got my first Honda last week, it's not new and looks a bit tired in places. I had a look online if people spruce them up at all and add some personal touches but have found an absolute nada. I've got more of a Ford background and my Fiesta ST had a lot of nice interior and exterior mods done to make it my own but Honda community seems to be more conservative. In September last year out of the blue multiple warning lights appeared on the dash of my Honda CRV 2.2 I-DTEC SR 2013. 43,000 miles. The car continued to drive normally. I arranged for my local dealer to collect the car and investigate as well as carrying out a full service. Diagnostics showed low fuel pressure. The fuel filter was changed and the faults erased. The car then ran normally until mid December when the same situation occurred with warning lights appearing at random in no particular order. I then arranged for the dealer to investigate the problem again. I was told they couldn't look at the car for 3 weeks! In the meantime I purchased and fitted a new battery …

Hi. Can anyone help. My 2013 CR-V 2.2D has suddenly developed a problem. The passenger power window and the same side wing mirror have both stopped working at the same time. The master control switch and the passenger switch for these items don’t work but the switches for all other windows and drivers wing mirror work as normal. Checked fuse’s, but can’t find one for wing mirror, all ok. Checked for damaged wires at door hinged position, all ok. I am thinking it’s probably pointing towards the passenger window side switch or the Master switch assy on driver’s door. But what I can’t understand why the window and side mirror have both stopped when they are on…

Hello, I am new to these forums and looking for some help. My son's CRV has showing a dashboard warning light (not sure what). He had a small independent mechanic take a look and the feedback was The car has a fault with intake air temperature sensor requires modified sensor and a ecu software update, but it needs to go to a Honda garage I fear that a Honda garage will be an expensive bill for him (young family with three kids). Can this be done by an independent specialist? All answers very gratefully received. PS He lives near Perth in Scotland in case someone can recommend and independent

Hi all, I just bought a CR-V SE Navi 4WD 2.0 i-VTEC. Recently, in the snow, it was pretty rubbish to be honest, I was a bit disappointed as i bought the car thinking the 4 wheel drive would be perfect. Has anyone else had problems at all? I have just fitted a new Bosch Air Filter to my 2008 Mk3 CRV , it sounds simple enough but checking all the info on google ,my handbook and you tube it didnt show me where the Air Filter Housing was for my CRV, So a quick call to Honda and solved the problem on my CRV mine does not have an oblong housing on top of the engine as shown on you tube but is in the engine compartment r/h side with three retaining to unclip and there was the Air Filter , simple change and alls well . but took me a while to find it. Hi All, Have just brought my first Honda CRV. Got the EX trim as recommended by a friend, and I’m glad I did. However, there’s a couple of issues I’d like some help with. Firstly, I know there’s a common issue with the diffs crystallising and fluid needing replacing, how often do you do this to avoid the problem? Also, the SatNav CD provided does not work (money was taken off for this) and it seems the SatNav CD will not eject from the slot. hi ive a new crv and the sat navs terrible , its fully up to date so my dealership said, but its got me on the a1 (major motorway)nr catterick driving in a field ! , it also tells me to turn left or right but the road only bends to the l or r ! does any one else have issues with theirs ? my little stick on window tom tom from halfords is wayyyyyyy better graphics quality and instructions and seems more upto date , any help as realy disappointed with this sat nav, cheers Sean

Hi, Just acquired a 2018 CRV S variant with a NAV system. I know it's essentially the base model., but seems to be lacking in some basic features that I was expecting. I wonder if there is maybe something I am not doing right? hill-start assist - don't know if it's just not present or if it needs to be activated tailgate release botton on the keyfob doesn't seem to do anything I also notrice that the head-unit runs android but doesn't support car-play or android-auto. Are there any tips/tricks/hacks to enable this? Thanks, Mark.

Hi, I have just updated my free maps via the Garmin Express App as usual but upon completion I received notification of a brand new map and software update for a fee. Has anyone updated there 2016 CR-V with this successfully?? Do I bite the bullet and pay around £22 for a possible fail?? Anyone running the software successfully? thanks in advance

Hi everyone i have just reserved my 2013 CR-V 2.2 dtec to collect next weekend. It has 55,000miles on the clock. FSH I just wanted to ask a few questions to be prepared for when I collect it. - if there anything I should be checking for with that sort of mileage that should have been done or any issues? - is there any work that will be due to be done at that mileage? Hi, Have managed to link my Android phone to my 2016 CRV so can send & receive phone calls ok, however when using Google Maps on the phone I cannot hear the navigation instructions. Is there a setting within the infotainment system that I need to enable to achieve this please ? Thanks

Hi all, Car is a 2013 MK4 EX UK spec As per the title I get no warning beeps when I lock or unlock the car, also no beeps when I open or close the power tail gate. Some post mention a setting in the audio system but not on mine see pic below. Anyone any ideas, was thinking if someone previously had disconnected the buzzer!

Hi My 2012 crv es model has blown fuse 10 (7.5 amp) 3 times, usually happens when turning right lose all dash info and indicators, if engine switched off it will not restart until fuse replaced. Honda specialists couldnt find cause, and i am losing confidence in this vehicle. Help please Alex

I recently bought a 2016 CR-V and after about a month of owning the vehicle the Check Engine Light illuminated on the dash. I took it to a local garage who read the code and told me the problem was the Bank 1 Sensor 1 had low voltage. They said they took it and and gave it a quick clean and cleared the code which seemed to fix the problem for about a week or so. After the light came back on a week later I assumed I'd need to replace the sensor. I've had a look at the code on the sensor in the car and it reads 36531-RZ0-G02 - 281004566. Everywhere i look online is telling me this model number is incompatible with my vehicle and the correct part is actually 36531-RZ0-G01 …

Hi Everyone I am Australian living in Sweden and have no forums up here and wanted to ask some advice I have a 2015 CR-V Auto 9 speed diesel,about 40000kms on the clock I have called a number of dealers here with no one knowing an answer The issue is the vehicle wont go into park by pushing the park button,only when you turn the motor off Have tried pushing brakes harder disconnecting the battery ,moving gears manually etc Has anyone else experienced this and if so what was the issue Many thanks for any answers Rgs

Hi, my Honda CRv has just come up with a parking sensor error on the dashboard. Looking online it could possibly be due to the bulb in the parking sensor switch, it shows if broken then creates this fault. I'm struggling to identify the part to replace it. Its a 2013 Petrol executive model. any ideas, and any ideas on stockiest for the bulb.
