Hi all, new member, bought the car and straight away steering went. Have bought new Eps to change over but having major trouble getting to it and taking the last top bolt off. Any ideas?

Hi Everyone, My name is Steve from Reading. We have a 130k miles Honda FR-V 2.0 VTEC that we bought as a family runabout 10yrs ago, we have put 70k of those miles on it with little trouble. It is battle-scarred but reliable, and does a great job of towing our small caravan. I do a lot of my own home mechanics apart from big jobs which need a vehicle lift. I was a long time member of the Honda Karma forum but on checking that today found it was closed down, so came here instead.

I’m looking to upgrade my engine’s power supply either by remapping or other means. I have a Honda BRV petrol 88kw and the engine is very lazy at low revs: 2-3500 rpm as the revs increase beyond this the performance is adequate.

I fitted a new AC compressor and refilled with gas. The AC does not appear to hae been working for some years and the original compressor pump bearing had started to rattle. The clutch does not engage and I suspect the relay. Problem is that I can not make out the symbols on the inside of the underhood fusebox cover and can't identify the correct relay. Firstly, Happy New Year to one and all. Just bought my third CR-V, a MK4, 2015 EX facelift model having previously had a W reg. MK1 and a 52 plate MK2. Have just developed electrical issue with the AUTO Light function, amber warning keeps coming on, temperature display flashes, NAV goes bright then returns to pre-set and electric seats loose stored positions. Apart from this, loving it to bits. Also would like to add Apple Car Play to existing GARMIN system. Would appreciate any suggestions! Many thanks. Si.

Hi all, just purchased my second CRV, only had the last one for around 11 months, well impressed thought i would like a hybrid to try. Tried a 21 plate ex, loved it, and thought you know what this is for me, so yep bought it. Just one point, the car has folding door mirrors which i work manually from the door switch. Is there a way to automatically fold them when i lock the car with the remote? Anyway she's a brilliant car, called yeah yeah you guessed, Hondo. Good Afternoon, I have just purchased a used CR-V EX Diesel on a 07 Plate with a recorded 76,000 Miles. I am very pleased with the car as the interior and bodywork are immaculate. However: I have my first problem? The car heater only blows hot on the drivers side has anyone come across this problem? Cheers Alan Savory.

Recently bought a 2013 gen 4 crv very happy but after driving 300 miles he has developed a very annoying creaking squeaking sound at very low speeds don’t know if it’s a drive shaft a bearing or what I jet washed the discs thinking it might be some grit stuck somewhere that worked for two days but now it’s back also got offered some very nice Mazda 19” alloys same offset et etc everything matches to the Honda accept the centre bore size which I know spigot rings would take care of but on the website selling them they say they won’t fit can anyone say why thanks guys

Hello everyone New owner of a 2009 Honda Accord I-DTEC. She’s seen some action…has 200K on the clock with a full Honda service history up to 170K. Unfortunately I have an issue with the sunroof (there when I purchased the car) The seal has twisted somehow and the sunroof doesn’t work. Is the seal easy to replace yourself?
