CR-V 2011 to 2016

Hello, New to the group. I'm looking for some help, had my battery replaced which has now reset my radio and sat nav and looking for any help on how to source it. I've scrolled through youtube looking for answers but my model of stereo doesn't seem to be there. I have attached a picture of it. There is a card in the handbook with the serial number but no radio code. Any help is appreciated. Ross

Hello Everyone, I have had an interesting, but annoying issue and was hoping if someone could held shed light on it. For the last 2 months, my CRV has been drifting to the left when the steering wheel is perfectly straight. I am not sure what caused it (I dont remember hitting a speed bump or kerb heavy). Here are some things I have had done, in this order, but with no success: Had a 4 wheel alignment done twice at Kwickfit. Hi I have a 2014 1.6 Diesel CRV 50K miles which wont start, when you unlock the car and get in put the key in the ignition and turn it on all the warning lights come up on the dashboard and after a couple of seconds the LCD display in the speedo starts displaying the the tyre deflation warning (at the same time an audible warning is sounding) for about three seconds then the auto stop start warning indicator starts flashing in its place. If you then try and start the car it just cranks over and over but it will not start at all!!?? Any ideas please??!!

Hi. I am hoping someone can shed some light on possible areas to check as I'm running out of ideas with water ingress into the boot space and collecting in spare wheel area. I've had roof rails off, rear lights out, rear bumper and towbar off. Cleaned all gutters and seals. Reapplied tiger seal to all factory seam culk and checked for visible holes. Siliconed every rubber grommet and screw/bolt hole and it is still tracking in somewhere. Car is stationary and will leak in. Even checked and cleaned rear arches, removing liners and cleaning inspecting all seams. Pretty much at a loss. Boot space door seal is not deformed and is not drawing in water via capillary action…

Hi All, New to the Forum & hoping you good people on here can solve my issue. I purchased a 2015 Crv 1.6 I dtec AWD just over 2 years ago. It hasn't covered many miles in that time so I thought it would be a good idea to give it a service. Have completed the service I then tried to access the system to update the service maintenance. I have seen a few methods of accessing the maintenance info on YouTube & the like. I've tried accessing the system by the steering wheel/ Dash dimmer light & the touch screen but unfortunately I cannot access the system by these methods. Am I missing something? Or is there …

Could anyone please offer any help as to what I need to change with code P149B ok my 1.6 diesel 2014 CRV? Getting lots of different answers at the moment but none that seem to relate to a Honda. Had a mare at the moment changing my fuel filter as the water light came on but appears it was the sensor so need to change that also lol. But this P149B code has me stumped. Please help

Hi folks. I drive motorway miles everyday, Edinburgh to Glasgow. I have eco on all the time and drive at 60 miles an hour. I have a 64 plate 2ltr automatic petrol. This guzzles fuel like it's going out of fashion. Is there anything that can help with consumption.

We have a '64 plate (UK) CR-V. It is the 1.6TDi version and the basic model with a basic CD/Radio with BT connection. It has been so reliable that I haven't had the need to be active on any forum. It has been the cheapest and most reliable motoring we have had in over 30 years. If I was to be critical I'd say the ride is a bit soft, the speaker/sound quality is iffy (at best) and the BT system is crap. The problem we are now having is that we are struggling to connect new Android phones to the system. Both are 2022/23 Oppo (same model). Hi everyone We've just purchased a 2012 (facelifted) Honda CRV petrol auto with circa 100k miles on it, we love the car but trying to figure out if the below is normal with this model or there's something wrong. Still trying to narrow exact circumstances down but between 20 to 30mph, the car exhibits a small judder intermittently, almost like your driving on cats eyes. Mt 2015 Honda CRV engine management light came on after a short period of having the PGM-F1 warning. when reading the error code it says: P2199 - Intake Air Temperature Sensor 1/2 Correlation. i have changed the MAF sensor but still get the same error. That said, when the engine is warm/hot and I clear the error code the engine check light stays off until the engine cools again. What could be the problem?

Why does the Honda CR-V Diesel’s instantaneous fuel consumption sometimes fluctuate significantly between 0 and 20 liters per hour while idling, even when the engine's RPM is steady?

I'm wondering if anyone can advise me. I'm about to purchase a 2014 CRV on Saturday. It's lovely, very low mileage & alcantara seats. But it doesn't come with a SatNav. I'd like to retrofit one. Can I buy a second hand unit from another 2014 CRv & put it in? Would it fit? Or would I be better off buying an infotainment system & have that installed instead? Tia

Evening all We all know these cars are incredibly reliable, but I suspect the weak link is the auto box. Anyone any idea as the the expected life expectancy, assuming scheduled fluid changes, no towing (not that I expect many people would try to tow anything given the limitations of the petrol/auto combination...) etc? Hi I have a Honda 2.2 diesel 2014 with 68,000 miles it needs a new clutch I am told by one Honda independent specialist that I should replace the flywheel when replacing the clutch, The dealership says it's unlikely to need replacing as they are generally fine does anyone have any experience of this?

Hi, My wiper blades need replacing. I have been through the manual but cannot find what size I should get, and I am getting different results from online sites. Some say the rear is 13" others 11". Hi i have a 2014 crv that I’m having problems with, about 8 weeks ago I was driving down the moter way, lost power and my filter light and engine management light came on, took it to the Honda garage they replaced the filters and sent me on my way, never even made it home before my engine management light was on again, back into the garage the following day. I own a 2016 CR-V 2.4L Earthdreams engine with 18,500 miles purchased used in June 2024. On X-mas eve I drove to parents house and parked in the garage. Next morning there was a gas smell in garage and checked dipstick. The oil reeked of gasoline. Also opened the oil cap and it too reeked of gasoline. Had both my parents to smell and they both confirmed gasoline smelling oil. Even smelled inside house to make sure it was not just coming from outside of vehicle.
