Hi, I have recently bought a Honda jazz and I have just noticed that the front passengers window when raised to the top then drops couple of inches back down, I cannot see why this happening. I have looked in the manual, and the only reason it would normally go down is if something was blocking the space, can any body help please.

A couple of weeks ago, I bought a 1998 Honda Accord with 39K original miles on the clock. I'd been hit by another vehicle that failed to give way and needed transportation. I'm planning to move back to American later this year, and I'm really just posting here to let everyone know that this nearly new car will be available for purchase is someone wants it. Thanks for listening. Bruce

Hello all!.Just signed up here. I may not be a typical member...🙃 OK. I'm 72 and got my Honda in 2012 from my brother, who is younger than me. Most people are... He had it from new in 2004. It's a 5 door 2.0L Type S..which I believe is a fairly uncommon beast. Still only on 72000 miles after 17 years. All original and I have no interest in modifying or customising it. Just hoping it lasts well enough to save me buying another car before I start dribbling or forget my name etc. 🤣. I'm long past the days of changing engines on the drive in midwinter etc, so I leave most work to younger fitter chaps these days, but I do change the oil and filter reg…

Hi, I'm in my third year of owning my Accord ctdi, and still loving it! Although buying the car as spares or repair, I've found it to be easy to work on, everything that is classed as serviceable is easy to get at, unlike my previous cars... I like the ride of a decent size car whilst still getting 50+ mpg...

Hi everyone my names Richie. I'm from Co. Wicklow in Ireland and said i'd join to get some information on Honda's and thoughts along my build and read along other peoples builds and any teething issues along the way. I drive a 2007 Accord Type S for a daily driver and an EP3 Type R for a weekend / blow off steam car. I've only got the Type S about a week so since getting this i just added wind deflectors as otherwise its all good and fits my comfort levels for a daily driver. I don't want to take the comfort or fuel economy out of it. The EP3 i have about a year and I've done some work & upgrades already to this one with plenty m…

Hi All 2nd time Honda owner as i had a CRV quite a few years ago... Since then had a Vauxhall Tigra, Peugeot 207, 2005 Mini Cooper S and last car was a 2003 Mini Cooper S JCW. Due to the Cooper S JCW being more of a hobby than a daily drive I sold up and picked up my 2009 Honda Civic 1.4s... Only had it a few days but so far all good.....bit of work done on it (Drop Links and 1 Suspension Spring) and so far so good... Nice comfortable drive, nice digital display and compared to the Mini massive boot space and even a spare wheel! Gonna try and keep things as standard as possible as dont really wanna mess around with it to be honest... O…

I’m looking to upgrade my engine’s power supply either by remapping or other means. I have a Honda BRV petrol 88kw and the engine is very lazy at low revs: 2-3500 rpm as the revs increase beyond this the performance is adequate.

Hi forum members, just popping into the New Member Introductions to say hello. I have just rejoined the Honda fold, in the past my wife and I have owned 2 other Hondas between us. This time we have bought a nearly new Jazz ex demonstrator a "mid range" SR model. Only had it less than a week but so far very pleased. As has been suggested in other posts it certainly is full of electrical cleverness - the interface between the electric and petrol motors being particularly fascinating. I'm less sure about some of the "safety" functions, initial experience has revealed limitations, and I wonder why a competent driver might need them . Nevertheless amazed at how technology has …

I've just joined and wanted to say hello. I own a 2004 Accord saloon 2.4 Executive Auto with 85k miles which I bought as a Honda Approved Used Car in 2008. The car is now a second vehicle (since 2016) but is still much loved and in great condition. In my entire period of ownership it has needed nothing other than routine servicing, tyres and brake pads. The car is now stored in a garage at a second home on a trickle charger for much of the year and when the rear brake pads were replaced last summer, one had seized in caliper so that had to be replaced too. But that's the only niggle in 12 years of happy ownership! I continue to use Honda main dealers for all work an…

Hi all, I've had my 2015 CR-V idtec (2.2) since April, and as the weather has got colder the dash makes some very strange sounds that last for about 45 seconds, this is without starting, just opening the door and sitting down. Does anyone know what it is? It's some sort of electrical sound and seems louder the colder it is! Thanks. Phil.

Hello there, just collected my first Honda. Gone electric with the E:Ny1. (Catchy Name?) Very happy so far, range not perfect but ok for our current needs. Moved from Lexus, in part a little upset with their approach to the canbus thefts making their cars the most stolen in the UK by volume sold. Still a fan of Lexus quality and service, had LS400, LS430, GS300, IS200, IS300 and NX300 over many years so hoping Honda can delight me. Last three cars have been NX, Westfield and Corvette C6 so bit of a mixed bag.
