  1. Hi....welcome to the Forum It does sound more like a drivetrain issue as it occurs when under load when going up hills. If it was a dynamic imbalance then it would do it on flat roads without being under load. I would think it may be more like a Dual Mass Flywheel failing but you should hear it clunking when switching the engine off which is a sign its on its way out
  2. Feel free to jump in and answer any posts you want....much appreciated 🙂
  3. They were a great forum but unfortunately read that they were dissolving, sent them a message saying they could refer their members here and we could accommodate them to keep the dialogue running. However, as you say, there is a huge volume of great information on the site which we wouldn't be able to publish on here which is a shame 😞
  4. Hi Andy Sorry, but this is a Honda car forum not bikes.
  5. also, sometimes you have to swap the red and the yellow wires at the back of the aftermarket unit
  6. Hi....welcome to the Forum
  7. Can't see anything listed on Halfords but could try eBay but make sure you get a quality bulb with correct resistors within it
  8. Hi....welcome to the Forum You can never leave Honda ownership...its a fact! 🙂 Good to have you onboard and feel free to post and answer any posts in the forums
  9. Hi Shaz.....welcome to the Forum Halfords should be able to find you one. They are usually smaller than most car batteries but still widely available to puchase
  10. Hi Steph .... welcome to the Forum I would say at first thought it could be an incorrect bulb fitted which is backfeeding the lighting system. If a two pole bulb is fitted instead of a one pole bulb (2 contacts rather than 1) then this could be the reason. Have any bulbs been recently changed? Check the Brake Light bulbs and indicator bulbs at the rear as this is usually the culprit responsible for this type of problem Let us know how you get on with it
  11. Hi....welcome to the Forum It does sound like the system relay at fault. This is the one which would power up the PGM-Fi system (pump, injectors, coil, etc) Do you hear any clicking from the relay box when switching the ignition on? Also, check the battery is providing the correct voltage when turning over
  12. Hi AJ. .... welcome to the Forum This topic has been covered before as several other members have experienced the same issue Here are the post links:
  13. Hi bags89 ..... welcome to the Forum My first thoughts are a wheel bearing or even a driveshaft issue....worth checking for play in both. Otherwise, are any disc pads worn low as sometimes they can emit a similar noise Let us know what you find
  14. Hi Wrinkley ....welcome to the Forum The Aerodeck is a superb looking car and getting quite rare now. Any local mechanic should be able to scan and measure each ABS sensor to establish which one is defective and easy enough to replace Let us know how you get on with it
  15. Welcome to the forum BB Baboonface and Herozam Good to have you onboard
  16. Trevor replied to b4u2's topic in 2003 to 2008 Accord

  17. Hi .... welcome to the Forum The Legend has a name that is worthy of it, always was a super car in the day. Good luck with finding parts though 😞 Good to have you onboard
  18. Hi....welcome to the Forum If you have disconnected the bonnet it will need to be earthed out to show a complete circuit as it may be faulty but the wire will need to be grounded for it to work and then eliminate that if not the issue. Check also all door sensors, should be able to do the same as the bonnet switch to eliminate these also.
  19. Hi......welcome to the Forum That's a bit harsh trying to sell you a new silencer for that much! I don't suppose it is possible to have it repainted or even better anodised?
  20. SS50E is a motorbike and unfortunately this is a car based club Good luck with your search though
